Helpful Sites and Apps!

Here are  some websites and apps that help me with a tough time, they're all great and really useful to me, I hope they will provide you some use also.

1. Childline  (website)
Childline is a great site, it has so much information on mental and psychical health topics, it has wonderful counsellors that can talk to you anytime about anything. It is Under 18 Only and targets kids as their main audience.

2. Mind   (website)
Mind is another very good site I use quite often, it has topics around the mind and mental health, the information is all fact and suitable for all ages. They have a section for parents too and also teachers.

3. YoungMinds    (website)
Having a similar name to 2. This site is unique although it is all about mental health and getting the right support. YoungMinds is very helpful to me as I use it a lot too.

5. CALM  (app via AppStore)
This is my new favourite app I use every night. It has many stories and sounds to help me fall asleep. CALM is a very useful app.

6. Addiction Centre (Website)
I was reached out by the guys from this website, Addiction Centre is focused on addictions that may have been a result of depression or vice versa, they've got great content and provide rehab facilities across America. An interesting quote I found was "An estimated one-third of people with major depression also have an alcohol problem"
